Built in 2003, the Seigneurie d’Iberville is a building located at 871 Pelletier Street in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, in the Iberville sector. Built on more than 40,000 square feet of land, the Seigneurie d’Iberville has three floors with 8 units of 4 1/2 rooms, 16 units of 3 1/2 rooms, a community hall, a laundry room and an elevator.

This construction project was subsidized by the Société d'habitation du Québec, the City of Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, the Regroupement des Persons Handicapées Région Haut-Richelieu and the National Bank of Canada.

Criteria of admission

  • Have a physical limitation justifying the need for adequate housing;
  • Be independent
  • Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Québec;
  • Income under the maximum allowed (subsidized housing);
  • Do not exceed the allowable limit for the total value of its assets
